By accessing or using Fortis Vera (the "Site"), including any membership, coaching services, products, or resources, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.

1. Who We Are

Fortis Vera is a faith-based platform providing resources, community, and coaching for men seeking biblical strength, discipline, and brotherhood. We are operated by Dale Fisher.

2. Membership Terms

The Forge Membership is offered in three tiers:

The Brotherhood (Free): Access to community, BIAY tracker, and basic resources.
Foundation ($15/month or $150/year): Full access to devotionals, teachings, tools vault, challenges, and community.
Inner Circle ($37/month or $370/year): Everything in Foundation plus live calls, accountability groups, and exclusive perks.

Membership Rules:

You may cancel anytime through your account settings.
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
No refunds for partial months or unused content.
Annual memberships are non-refundable after 30 days.

3. Coaching Terms

Warrior Coaching is a personalized coaching service with the following terms:

Commitment: Minimum 3-month commitment required.
Investment: $300/month (2 sessions per month, 60 minutes each).
Application-Based: Coaching is not guaranteed. Applications are reviewed, and acceptance is at the sole discretion of Fortis Vera.
Cancellation: After the initial 3-month commitment, you may cancel with 30 days' notice.
No Refunds: Coaching fees are non-refundable once sessions are scheduled.

What Coaching Is NOT:

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment.
Coaching is not medical advice.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek professional help immediately.

4. Product Purchases

Digital products (guides, devotionals, trackers) are sold as one-time purchases.

Delivery: Products are delivered digitally via email or membership portal immediately upon purchase.
Refunds: Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, refunds are generally not available once the product is delivered. However, if you experience a technical issue (e.g., file won't download, corrupted file, wrong product delivered), Contact Us and we'll resolve it. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
Preview Before Purchase: Product descriptions, previews, and samples are provided to help you make an informed decision before buying.
Usage: Products are for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share them publicly without written permission.

5. Payment & Billing

All payments are processed securely through Kajabi and Stripe.
You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for recurring memberships or coaching fees.
If payment fails, your access may be suspended until payment is updated.
Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

6. Refund Policy

Memberships: No refunds for monthly memberships. Annual memberships are refundable within 30 days of purchase.
Coaching: Non-refundable once sessions are scheduled.
Digital Products: Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, refunds are generally not available. However, if you experience a technical issue (e.g., file won't download, corrupted file), Contact Us and we'll resolve it. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

7. User Conduct

You agree to:

Use the Site and community respectfully and in accordance with biblical principles.
Not harass, abuse, or disrespect other members.
Not share login credentials or access with others.
Not use the Site for illegal or unethical purposes.

We reserve the right to remove or ban users who violate these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including text, images, videos, devotionals, teachings, and resources—is owned by Fortis Vera and protected by copyright.

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.
Use our content for commercial purposes.
Claim our content as your own.

9. Limitation of Liability

Fortis Vera provides resources, coaching, and community "as is." We make no guarantees about results, outcomes, or transformation.

We are not liable for:

Any harm, injury, or loss resulting from your use of the Site or services.

Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Oregon.
