Prize Drawing - Official Rules

1. Eligibility

The FORGED: 365 Prize Drawing (the "Contest") is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, officers, and directors of Fortis Vera, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members, are not eligible to enter.

2. Contest Period

The Contest begins on January 01, 2026 and ends on December 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM PST (the "Contest Period").

Entries received outside the Contest Period will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter:

Method 1: Purchase Entry (Automatic)

Purchase a FORGED: 365 shirt from the Fortis Vera shop during the Contest Period. Each shirt purchase = one (1) entry.

  • Entries are automatically recorded upon purchase.
  • No additional action required.
  • Limit: Unlimited entries (one entry per shirt purchased).

Method 2: Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter without purchase, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line: "FORGED: 365 Prize Drawing Entry"

Include:

  • Your full name
  • Mailing address
  • Email address
  • Phone number (optional)

Limit: One (1) free entry per person during the Contest Period.

No purchase necessary. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

4. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize:

Custom engraved Study Bible (leather-bound).

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $150

Total ARV of all prizes: $200

Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, express or implied. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed, except at the sole discretion of Fortis Vera.

5. Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected via random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

Drawing Date: On or around January 7, 2027

The drawing will be conducted by Fortis Vera or its designated representative. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 7 days of the drawing.

The winner must respond within 14 days of notification to claim the prize. Failure to respond within 14 days may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

Winner may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legal) Publicity Release before receiving the prize.

7. Prize Delivery

Prize will be shipped to the winner's mailing address within 30 days of winner confirmation.

Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes (if any).

Fortis Vera is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered prizes.

8. Publicity

By entering, winner grants Fortis Vera the right to use their name, likeness, city/state of residence, and testimonial for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions

  • Fortis Vera reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Fortis Vera's control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest.
  • Fortis Vera is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries.
  • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Fortis Vera, which are final and binding.
  • Fortis Vera is not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss related to participation in the Contest or acceptance/use of the prize.

10. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Fortis Vera, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

11. Disputes

This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of this Contest will be resolved in the courts of Oregon, and participants consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

12. Privacy

Information collected from participants will be used in accordance with Fortis Vera's Privacy Policy.

By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information as described in these Official Rules.

13. Winner List
